BAYER CROPSCIENCE: TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

I accept and acknowledge that my membership of the Bayer CropScience Pty Ltd (“Bayer”) Bayer CropScience Website (“the Website”) is subject to my agreement to the following conditions:

  1. My membership of the Website can be terminated without notice by Bayer CropScience Pty Ltd at any time;

  2. I agree that Bayer will collect and store personal information about me as a result of membership of the Website. I consent to  Bayer collecting, storing and using that information for purposes such as:
    • Enhancing its business relationship with me;
    • Providing information to me about its products and services.
    I understand that I can view Bayer’s full privacy statement on its website. I also understand that I can request access to personal information that Bayer holds about me at any time.

  3. Use of the Website: I agree that my use of the Website is subject to the General Conditions Of Use as displayed on the Website

  4. Use of the Website Commenting System:
    • You agree that Bayer has no liability for any loss, damage or costs associated with information exchanged by way of the Website’s commenting system and that Bayer gives no warranty, nor accepts any liability for any opinions, comments or information provided by other members on the Website. 
    • You agree that Bayer may remove any comment, or any part of any comment at any time without any notification.
    • When you submit content to Bayer in any format, including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio, you grant Bayer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish that content.
    • You agree that Bayer can use that content in any way, now and in the future. Bayer also reserves the right not to use the content you submit.
    • You warrant that you have all of the necessary rights, including copyright, in the content you contribute, that your content is not defamatory and that it does not infringe any law.
    • You indemnify Bayer against any and all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Bayer as a result of a breach of the above warranty.
    • You waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Website.
